Coiled Cotton Basket Workshop

           (Workshop size 6)

           Recommended Experience Level: sewing experience required

           Cost: $50

           Materials: $10 to instructor on day of workshop

Description:

Learn to use fabric and clothes line cord to sew a small basket. 

Great for holding warm food bowls, holding bathroom or jewelry.

Nice container for gift giving...so many uses!

​

Materials supplied: 100 yds. cotton clothesline cord

                                this is plenty of cord to make several baskets

                                 at home.

​

Materials to bring: *1-2 yds of cotton or cotton blend fabric

                              *sewing machine with zigzag stitch 

                                    (machine needs to be in working order)

                               *thread

                               *scissors

                                *seam ripper

                                *rotary cutter

                                *cutting ruler

                                *cutting mat
